GaRRS is a non-profit corporation with tax-exempt status devoted to bringing to our listeners local and national news, a wide variety of periodicals, and the best in recent fiction and non-fiction, read complete and unabridged.

GaRRS is staffed by professionals and by volunteers. We offer 24-hour programming seven days a week to a listening audience that serves over 15,000 blind, visually and print-disabled Georgians.

Contributions
In Georgia, more than 800,000 people are classified as legally blind or visually disabled.Their numbers are increasing, and the majority of these individuals are senior citizens, many bound to their homes. The need has never been greater, and GaRRS's next steps will be determined by Georgians who seek to lift the barriers of isolation from the lives of our blind and print-disabled citizens. GaRRS is supported by government grants and by general donations from businesses and individuals. You can give, too. For more information call Jae Traina Cosby, Executive Director, 404-685-2822.
